Status Update
I'm sure I've been keeping anyone who happens to read the blog in suspense about what the current status is regarding my wife and my situation with Brian. Unfortunately, due to a work situtation, I haven't been able to follow through the last week or so. I will have some time at the end of the week to completely focus on trying to get in touch with Brian.

My fiance and I were totally ripped off by Brian Scheer. He did our engagement pictures with no problems and we were actually very happy with them but now with 10 days left before our wedding he has disappeared!!! We paid him in full for his biggest package and now he is no where to be found. We will be seeking legal action and would love to have anyone join us! Brian Scheer Victims UNITE!
He did our October 13 2007 wedding. We got our proofs but no picture cd, prints or album. He did not answer our better business bureau complaint. Has anyone tried taking him to court? That is our next step.
My son and daughter-in-law used Brian Scheer for their June 2008 wedding. They have only received the proofs, no album, etc. They too paid him in full. We would like to join legal action against him. According to his web-site, he did several weddings this past summer, and I believe in September as well. The sad note is that he took some very nice pictures. It is too bad that he is a scam artist.
We received an email from Vicoria Scheer yesterday sating that she had a baby 3 week ago and she will give our emails to Brian. We are not holding our breath.
I would love to find out if Brian will be at any wedding shows and pay him a visit. It would be great if we could get Contact 6 to join us.
I have a new number for Brian Scheer. He contacted myself and my daughter-in-law this morning.

We are new to this blog and we are Scheer victims as well. We heard that Scheer might be filing bankruptcy. Anyone know what impact this could have on whether or not we should file a claim, to get our money or our wedding album and pictures?
