Good evening. I am a victim. My wife and I used Scheer Photography (Brian Scheer, owner) for our wedding back in April of 2007. Today is September 2, 2008 and we still do not have our photos for our wedding album. Not only did we provide payment for the wedding work, but also additional funds for some extra pictures to provide to our family and friends.
I am starting this blog to gather together people who have also become victims to Scheer Photography. By using this blog to track the efforts made by us all in trying to contact Scheer and receive what is rightfully ours, hopefully we will assist each other.
Please post whatever factual information you may have about your situation. Please feel free to email me and I will share with everyone if you would like to.
I can only speak for myself, but all I want is our photos and album. Simple as that. Nothing more. Nothing less.

My wife and I are victims as well. We were married in September 2007 and haven't received anything. We have tried countless times to contact him, but this number disconnected, and his new number was disconnected as well. Next thing we know, he has pulled up and left Muskego. Then my wife had the unfortunate luck of seeing the Contact 6 report on him. She has been distraught ever since. I have been doing some searching, and have found 2 addresses, one in Hales Corners, and another in Milwaukee. I have a future in law who was using this guy for his wedding, but has since cancelled due to all the negative postings. He has supplied with a new number for Brian as well, I have tried and tried for days, it just keeps ringing and no voicemail service is active to take a message, I wonder why? If you would like any information I have, please let me know, I am more than willing to share it with all persons interested. My wife and I just want our photos and album that we paid for, and haven't received, the happiest day of our lives, and no photos to show for it, other than the ones taken by family and friends, but they aren't the same.
I was married June 18, 2005 and I am still waiting for my album. At the time I ordered my pictures I had upgraded my album for $150.00 to accommodate all the pictures I wanted in the album. The album came in, however, it was the wrong size. I also got several incorrect mattes. I contacted Brian regarding the album and mattes and he told me there was no record of the upgrade. So I went to the studio with my receipts. Brian took the album and he told me he would reorder the correct album. He also told me it might take awhile because they were moving to a new, bigger, better location in Brookfield. Well that was 1 1/2ago. I've tried calling and sending emails, but no response. I have come to the conclusion that I will have to buy a new album online. However, I really would like to purchase the negatives like I was promised. My heart goes out to all the couples who never got their photos.
